By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing Ecom Empire by Crosson (“the Course”), you (“the User,” “You,” “Your”) agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, access, or use the Course.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed in full before Course access is granted.

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in their systems.

  • Any attempted chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action for recovery of funds and damages.

3. Access to the Course

  • Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Your purchase provides you with a single, non-transferable license to view the Course content.

  • You may not transfer, resell, share, or allow others to access your account or the Course materials.

4. Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • If unauthorized access is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.

  • Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, slides, templates, strategies, and related content (“Content”), are the exclusive property of Ecom Empire by Crosson.

  • You are strictly prohibited from:

    • Copying, distributing, recording, or reselling the Content.

    • Uploading, streaming, or sharing the Content online or offline.

    • Creating derivative works or competing products using the Content.

  • Unauthorized use will result in immediate removal of access and may lead to civil and/or criminal legal action.

6. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be granted once Course materials have been accessed, as digital knowledge cannot be “returned.”

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that this policy is fair, transparent, and non-negotiable.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • No results are guaranteed. While strategies and methods are taught, success depends on your effort, implementation, and market conditions beyond our control.

  • We make no claims, warranties, or promises of income, business outcomes, or financial success.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree not to engage in any behavior that could harm the Course or its reputation, including but not limited to:

    • Making false, defamatory, or misleading statements about the Course, its instructors, or its students.

    • Harassment, abuse, or disruption of other students or staff.

  • Violations may result in termination of access without refund and possible legal recourse.

9. Course Updates & Availability

  • We may update, modify, or improve Course content at any time to ensure relevance and quality.

  • We do not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated; access lasts for the duration the Course is maintained.

  • Temporary downtime (e.g., website/server maintenance) does not entitle you to compensation or refund.

10. Testimonials & Marketing Use

  • By submitting feedback, testimonials, reviews, or sharing results voluntarily, you grant Ecom Empire by Crosson a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such material in marketing and promotional content.

11. Third-Party Services

  • The Course may reference or link to third-party platforms, software, or services (e.g., Shopify, TikTok, Meta, Yoco, Aramex).

  • We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these external services.

  • Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

12. Confidentiality & Non-Competition

  • You may not disclose, teach, or publicly share strategies, methods, or proprietary systems taught in the Course.

  • You may not use the Course content to create or market a competing course, service, or business model.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ecom Empire by Crosson, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Course, including but not limited to financial losses, business disputes, or legal actions arising from your application of the Course material.

14. Liability Limitation

  • Ecom Empire by Crosson is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your enrollment, including but not limited to financial losses, technical issues, or business failures.

  • The Course is provided strictly “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

15. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Service.

16. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.

17. Updates to Terms

  • We may update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately once published on our official website.
